Toolbox Meeting Form 504

It is a legislative requirement for all businesses to communicate policies and procedures on health and safety in the workplace to all workers and contractors.  

The Toolbox Meeting Form documents meetings, gatherings or talks related to the workplace or a specific job, e.g. how the business will minimise risks relating to hazards and enhance safe work practices at a job site. 

These meetings are an opportunity for workers and contractors to be informed about new plant and equipment procedures or work practices and enables everyone to have their say about reducing accidents and hazards.  

The Toolbox Meeting Form includes the following fields: 

• Details of meeting 
• Agenda items, including topics discussed, suggestions and ideas, actions to be taken and additional comments.
