Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority

Procure Spot was engaged by the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority (SHFA) to project manage a review of the agency and create a blueprint for its future.

  • Delivery of a new vision and plan for the foreshore.
  • Review of the SHFA’s functions.
  • Creation of an asset divestment strategy

Infrastructure NSW

Procure Spot was engaged by Infrastructure NSW to manage the commercial aspects of a number of their projects. Our work ranged from procurement through to delivery and commissioning.

We assisted on the following projects:

  • Western Sydney Stadium
  • ANZAC Memorial redevelopment, and
  • Walsh Bay Arts Precinct redevelopment project.

NSW Land & Housing Corporation

Procure Spot was engaged by the NSW Land and Housing Corporation to provide procurement services in relation to the New Building Essential Services contracts.

We provided the following services:

  • Procurement strategy.
  • Development of tender documents.
  • Oversight of the tender management process, including industry briefings.
  • Evaluation of tender with the tender evaluation committee.
  • Management of the tender recommendation process, tender award process, and execution of contracts.

Clarence CorrectionCentre | Grafton

Procure Spot was engaged as the lead agency for the provision of commercial project management services at the new Clarence Correctional Centre in Lavadia. It was the first public-private partnership correctional facility built in NSW.

We delivered end-to-end commercial management, including management of all processes from procurement and contract negotiation to the commissioning and final delivery of the major project.
