The Site Induction Form ensures that new employees and contractors have acknowledged and understood the safety requirements and policies and procedures they must follow at worksites and in workplaces.Â
By signing the Site Induction Form, employees and contractors acknowledge that they:Â Â

- Have read and understood the induction checklistÂ
- Understand the site safety rulesÂ
- Hold responsibility for raising any safety concerns with supervisors and managementÂ
