1. General 

• It is the customer’s responsibility to keep Procure Spot Pty Ltd up to date with their contact details.
• Procure Spot Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
• All prices quoted are valid for 30 days only from the date of written quotation.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• All deposits and fees paid are non-refundable after the scope of works is returned to Procure Spot Pty Ltd, or after 14 days has elapsed since the date of deposit paid.
• Once a draft has been developed, all fees are payable in due course and no cancellations will be accepted unless permitted by Procure Spot Pty Ltd.
• Fees charged on a prepay basis are non-refundable.
• If a customer contravenes the Procure Spot Pty Ltd terms and conditions, Procure Spot Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel the service immediately with no refund.
• If Procure Spot Pty Ltd is required to employ the services of a debt collector to pursue any overdue balance payment, a $40AUD + GST administration fee will be passed on to the customer and added to the customer’s invoice.
• All cancellations must be requested in writing.

3. Pricing Policy

• All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
• Full payment of invoice is due prior to lodgement.
• Procure Spot does not offer payment plans.

4. Disclaimer

• Procure Spot Pty Ltd, shall not be liable, under any circumstances or legal theories whatsoever, for any loss of business, profits or goodwill, loss of use or data, interruption of business, or for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any character.
• Procure Spot Pty Ltd specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services.
• Procure Spot does not guarantee, and accepts no legal liability whatsoever arising from or connected to, the accuracy, reliability, currency or completeness of any material received or downloaded from our secure shared drive or website. 
• Procure Spot is not a financial adviser. You should consider seeking independent legal, financial, taxation or other advice to check how the information received relates to your unique circumstances.
• Procure Spot is not liable for any loss caused, whether due to negligence or otherwise arising from the use of, or reliance on, the information provided directly or indirectly, by use of our services.
• Procure Spot does not and cannot guarantee success on any given tender project and is not liable or responsible for unsuccessful bids.
• Procure Spot is not responsible or liable for the information submitted under the name of another legal entity. Customers of Procure Spot are accountable for all written material produced and submitted under their legal entity / company name.

• Procure Spot Pty Ltd is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone.
